She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Ed" McAlister and Mary Loye McAlister (Cook). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Edward Pepper of Ore City and Clint Garland Pepper of Tatum; and her sisters, Gail McAlister and Kay Richardson (Oliver). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Methodist Church of Ore City, 201 South Althea, Ore City, Texas and to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
