He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Burks; his sons, Greg Burks (Shelia), Keith Burks (Denise) and Kent Burks (Marci); and his siblings, Herschel Burks and Wilma Jean Jones. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
