She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newman and Verna Newman; and her brother William David Newman. She is survived by: her husband Tom Toal of Beech Grove, Texas; her daughter Kimberly Toal Roth (Robert) of Conroe, Texas; her siblings, Mitchel Newman and Debbie of Jasper, Texas; her grandson Riley Roth; her nieces and nephews, Prissy Leonard, Nella Newman, Willie "Bubba" Newman, Logan Robards and Katie Robards; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Fancy Followwill, Lacy Pinkelman, Sam Moake and Katie Newman. She is also survived by four great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Plaza, Memphis, TN 38105.
