He is survived by: his wife Cathy Pannell; his children, Lisa Floyd (Tate), Misty Berlin (Wesley) and Richard Hill Pannell (Patty); his grandchildren, Chris Daniels (Katrina), Brance Floyd (Kirstyn), Weston Floyd (Alexis), Kyrick Pannell (Belkeyta), Garrett Berlin (Ryanne), Austin Berlin (Kaitlyn) and Rachel Berlin; and his nephews, Donald Kite and Tim Kite. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
