With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Manuel-Scott (Orange, Texas), born in Vinton, Louisiana, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence and Aileen; and her siblings, Horace, Austin, Ethyl, Joyce and Elaine.
She is survived by: her former husband H. Allen Burkart; her husband B. Alec Scott; her children, Keith, James and Leslie; her stepdaughter Stephani; her grandchildren, Evangeline, Jacqueline, Hunter and Eric; and her great grandchildren, Abigayle, Emma, Alexander, Elizabeth, River, Jaxson and Natalie.
