She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Newton and Shelby St. John Newton; her grandparents, Tillman, Beatrice St. John, Lonnie and Estella Newton; and her niece Rachel McCabe.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Rollie McGuire; her son Aaron Paul McGuire (Jessica); her grandchildren, Austin McGuire and Maddox McGuire; and her siblings, Joey Newton (Hollie), Lisa McCabe and Vicki Fontenot (Tommy).
