He is survived by: his wife Paulette Bellett; his sons, Jeff Bellett (Page) and Paul Bellett (Rachel); his grandchildren, Ashli Bellett, Brody Bellett (Lauren), Ciara Anderson, Riley Anderson, Hunter Smart and Coy Smart; his great grandchildren, Bently Byerly, Easton Marks, Brynlee Bellett, Byler Bellett, Wade Shelton and Logan Smart; and his sister Anna Marple.
