It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona (Collins) Washington of Orange, Texas, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evana Collins (Ceasar) and Wilford Collins; her children, Carlos Collins of Houston, Ricky St. Julian of Houston and Crystole Collins-Lewis (Kellyray) of Orange, TX; and her sisters, Connie Hicks of Houston, Shonona "Shony" Sweet of Houston, Sonya Garrett (Michael) of Houston and Catrice Collins (Keith) of Houston. She was also cherished by three grandchildren.
