He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stoy, Sr. and Orpha Stoy, (Sumner); his former wife Nancy Jean Stoy (Mouton); his son Lloyd Stoy (Donna Stoy); his siblings, Fred "Buster" Stoy Jr., Tommy Joe Stoy, Bill Stoy, Charles Stoy, Dale Stoy, Jackie Lee Stoy and Phyllis Wright; his stepson Roy Collins; and his stepgrandson Darren Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Stoy (Folks); his children, Joe Stoy (Vicki) and Melissa Dungan (Dustin); his grandchildren, Tiffany Stoy, Collin Dungan and Savannah Dungan; his brothers, Paul Stoy (Cathy) and Kenny Stoy; his nieces, Joyce and Michelle; his stepchildren, Brenda Lyons and Robert Collins, Sr.; and his stepgrandchildren, Roy Boy Collins, Robby Collins, Alyssa Fontenot, Morgan Bonnin, Robert Collins, Jr., William Collins and Ryan Collins.
