She is survived by: her children, Drew Pennington (Ashley) and Letha Matthews; her grandchildren, Aiyla Matthews, Korbin Pennington, Kendyl Pennington, Ethan Cart, Baylor Pennington, Brielle Barnes and Ryker Bearden; and her sisters, Jan Leigh (Scotty) and Lynn Smith (Creighton).
