He is survived by: his wife Tammie Vallery; his children, John David Vallery (Kari) and Wendee Vallery-Shaw (Stephen); his grandchildren, Taylor Vallery, Kristopher Dalton Vallery, Trey Tripp and Serenitee Smith; his siblings, John Randall Vallery (Annette), Ronald Jason Vallery (Dee) and Cynthia Royer; his uncle Tommy E. Cummings; and his mother-in-law Wanda Trumble. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
