He is survived by: his son Charles Purgahn of Orange, TX; his grandchildren, Dylan, Kiley, Ashlyn and Stella Purgahn; and his siblings, Linda Waldrep of Nederland, TX, Laura Purgahn of Port Acres, TX and Charles Purgahn (Sandy) of Kingwood, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
