He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Harold Baize, Sr. and Rachel Ann Pittman Baize; and his brother Clifford Harold Baize, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Alice Baize of Orange; his brothers, Johnny Clinton Baize (Joanne) of Beaumont and Jimmy Doyle Baize (Irene) of Port Neches; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Baize of Austin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
