He is survived by: his wife Charmaine Runnels; his children, Lance Runnels (Michelle), Jason Runnels (Lori) and Karren Maxwell (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kyndal Runnels, Tyler Runnels, Brooklyn Runnels, Ashlyn Maxwell and Grayson Maxwell; and his sister Kay Harris. He is also survived by other loving friends and family.
