He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Kazmar and Genevieve Kazmar (Urban); and his daughter Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kazmar; his daughters, Karen Kazmar Smith, Cathy Whitehead and Denise Bybee; his grandchildren, Ryan Smith Potter, Logan Joseph Smith, Jennifer Whitehead, Shannon Whitehead, Leah Ryder and Josie Ryder Kohler; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Kazmar and Roberta "Bobby" Wechter. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
