He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGalin and Odell McGalin (Smith); his son Jonathan McGalin; his brothers, James Dale McGalin and Dooley McGalin; his brothers-in-law, Henry Westbrook and James Workman; and his parents-in-law, Skeeter and Faye Peveto.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Peveto McGalin; his daughter Natalie Duplechin (David); his grandchildren, Avery Duplechin, Hudson Duplechin and Owen Duplechin; and his siblings, Sissy Workman, Margaret Westbrook and Jerry McGalin (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claybar Funeral Home (504 5th St, Orange, TX 77630, USA). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
