It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Lewis Scott of Orange, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Oby Dailey Scott; and his siblings, W. E. "Gene" Scott, Troy Scott, Jerry Scott, Madilene Bullard and Laverne Greene.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Briggs Scott; his daughter Shanna Scott MacCammond; his stepdaughters, Robin Thibodeaux (Paul Sachitano) and Misty Thurman (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Ian James MacCammond, Sterling Scott MacCammond, Taylor McDonald (Jake), Preslea Thibodeaux and Luke Thibodeaux; and his sisters, Ava McPherson and Emma Huber. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the St Paul Global Methodist Church (1155 W Round Bunch Rd, Bridge City, TX 77611).
