He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Flanagan Sr. and Pat Flanagan; his sons, Marcus Flanagan and Joshua Scales; his grandson Ryker Scales; and his uncles, Homer and Wendall Flanagan.
He is survived by: his children, Alayce Glende (Jeff), Elizabeth Weston (Taylor) and Jacob Scales (Krystal); his grandchildren, Mattison, Ansleigh, Waylon, Branson, Stevie, Mila, Adleigh, Talon and Rowyn; and his sisters, Debbie Sanchez and Doris Twombly.
