Levine; his siblings-in-law, Denise Levine and Job Levine; his nieces and nephews, Kavinitra Green, Tiavah Green, Dereka Green, Derek Green, Jr. and Calvin Green, Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Suzie Murray (Clarence), Linda Kay Cleveland, Rober Earl Smith, Eddie Lee Smith, Willie Ray Smith, Dorothy Green, Jeanette Green and Sheila Mae Marshall (Eddie). He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
