He is survived by: his wife Linda Owens of Orange, TX; his daughter Brooke Andrade (Scott); his granddaughters, Emma of Cypress, TX, Gracie and Jamie of Orange, TX; and his siblings, Bo Owens, Johnny Owens, Gayle Arceneaux and Pat Hughes. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
