He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy J. Wiley; his children, Elbert Wiley, III, Corey Marks and Cassandra Wiley (Michael); and his sister Jeannie Woodson (Taylor). He was also cherished by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
