He is survived by: his children, Susan Hyatt Jones (Ron), Lisa Hyatt Miller (Mark) and Edwin, Jr. (Barbara Levin); his cousin Ray Hyatt of DeQuincy, Louisiana; and his nieces, Mary Elizabeth Hyatt Blalock and Martha Charlton Barchfeld. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
