She is survived by: her children, Ronald, Rondell, Ronnie Carter, Rhondalynn Carter, Waynesha and Whitney Waxter; her grandchildren, Jerquis Beasley, Ronald, Rontrae and Journee Carter; her great grandchild Londyn Carter; her siblings, Charmaine, Shawn, Nicole Carter, Elliott, Everett (Patrice), Noel, Derrick (Sonya), Darian Carter and Dion Charles; her friend Howard Waxter; her aunts, Ruby Carter, Emily Anderson and Sylvia Charles; and her cousin Norma Jean Henry. She is also survived by cousins, and other relatives and friends.
