She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Cormier and Jewel Eddie Fusilier; her husband Kenton Swenson, Sr.; her granddaughter Melissa Conway; and her stepchildren, Billy Swenson and Beverly Kay Swenson.
She is survived by: her children, Kenton Swenson, Jr. (Samantha) and Tessa Groom; her grandchildren, Lauren Groom, Evan Swenson, Carley McGee, Corrine Swenson, Ashely Swenson, Donna Duhon and Shae Swenson; her great grandchildren, Holden McGee and Emmett Swenson; and her siblings, Darlene LaFleur and Bobby Cormier (Devra). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Claybar Funeral Home - Bridge City (800 Highland Dr, Bridge City, TX 77611). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
