She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Joseph Boullion and Joy Flavey Boullion (Norwood); her husband Frank Nezat, Jr.; her siblings, Leon Boullion and Jackie Mays; her brothers-in-law, Harold Mays and Jessie Norris; and her nieces and nephews, Blaed Norris, Seth Boullion, Micah Boullion and Rachael Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Teddi Lampman and Chad Nezat (Amanda); her grandchildren, Misty Bonnin Richard (Ronnie), Jason "Jas" Bell, Jr. (Daniela), Jonathon Bell (Ashley) and Taylor Piazza; her great grandchildren, Austin, Amber, Addison of Maddox, J. J., Delilah and Parker; her siblings, Stanley Boullion (Babe), Vickie Boullion, Sheila Boullion, Jan Klucik (Marty) and Gail Norris; and her sister-in-law Gloria "Puddin'.
