It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Levail Perkins of Orange, Texas, born in Dequincy, Louisiana, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Perkins and Stella Mae Perkins (Verdine); and his siblings, Glyn Perkins and Sherry Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Katie Perkins; his children, Brandy Perkins, Shawnee Michael, Adam Perkins (Crystal) and Mike Perkins (Stacy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ivy, Taylor Decker, Sammy Michael and Emily Perkins; his great grandchildren, Spencer and Delilah Ivy; and his sister Amanda Hooper. He is also survived by his family and friends.
