She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hlavik and Josephine Hlavik; her husband Alvin, Sr.; her children, Frances Jones and Bobby Gawlik; her brothers, Joe Hlavik and Frank Hlavik; her great grandchild Savannah Heausler; and her great great grandchild Hunter Mashore.
She is survived by: her sister Lillie Zieger; her children, Alvin, Jr. of Lubbock, George (Sandy) of San Antonio, John of Mathis, Kathy Harris (Charlie) of Corpus Christi, Joyce Bealer of New Orleans and Nancy Poris of Mathis; her daughter-in-law Natalie Gawlik of Houston; and her grandchildren, Robbie, Becky, Paula, Cory, Tomica, Kim, Jason, Sheila, Susan, Sharon, James, Mia, Stephanie, Bradley and Konstantin. She is also survived by numerous great- grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
