As we bid Lucille farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lucille is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her former husband W.'Scotty" Kirchoff; her mother Francis Anderker Frerichs; her sister Francis Zapalac; and her sister-in-law Thelma Herschap. She is survived by: her son Lynn (Linda); her granddaughter Kari (Joshua Barmettler); her great grandchild Charlotte'Charli" Barmettler; and her husband Joshua Barmettler. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Her extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church - Orange Grove (600 Dibrell St, Orange Grove, TX 78372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (600 Dibrell St, Orange Grove, TX 78372). A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hermann Cemetery.
