She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Webb; her husband Fred Stier; and her brother Richard Webb. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Webb; her children, Katherine Maddox (John) and Sean Moore; her grandchildren, Kira Majeski (Kolten), Sarah Williams (Josh) and Noah Maddox; and her brother Jim Webb (Debra). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
