It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Schroeder of Orange Grove, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Pfeiler and Isabella Pfeiler; her husband William "Bill" Schroeder; her granddaughter Misty Wimberly; and her brothers, Lenert Pfeiler, Johnny Pfeiler, Adolph Pfeiler, Jr. and Joe Allen Pfeiler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Weathersby (David), Kathy Wimberly (Ronnie), Linda Diehnelt (Bill) of Sun Lakes, AZ, Janice Kimball (Jimmy) and Loretta Colby (Walt); and her sister Ola Mae Batteau. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy's memory can be made to the First Ev. Lutheran Church, Orange Grove, Texas.
