She was predeceased by: her former husband Alex Wilson Jr. (Pete); and her parent Hermann. She is survived by: her husband Maurice Herschap; and her children, Starla Ahrens (Kenny), Scotty Herschap (Pam), Skipper Herschap (Sabra) and Stacey Herschap (Sharlotte). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Orange Grove Volunteer Fire Department and the Faith Church of Orange Grove.
