He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie and O. Tullis, Sr.; his wife Mary Ann Tullis; his children, Mark Owen Tullis (Donna) and Marion Fleming; his grandchildren, Kendall Stein (Grant), Kristen Moore (Mo Zagouti), Adam Moore (Melissa) and Amie Gafford; his great grandchildren, Logan Stein, Kylie Stein, Brooklin Moore, Conner Moore and Kylie Moore; and his pets, Rusty and Tommy Tom. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
