He was predeceased by: his parents, John Q. Lewis and Blondell Lewis (Britton). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Elaine Lewis (Lockler) of Onalaska, Texas; his son Guy Wayne Lewis; his daughter-in-law Crystal of Kenai; his son Michael Gregg Lewis of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Jessica Simpson, Glenn, Danielle Pagel, Justin, Olivia Lewis, Courtney Lewis and Ethan Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Aedyn Lewis, Skylar Simpson, Penny Simpson, Brady Pagel, Bayleigh Lewis and Nevaeh Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
