It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Contreras of Onalaska, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cena Contreras and Eugenia Contreras (Cardenas); and his former wife Bonnie Lou Contreras. He is survived by: his children, Christina Pegoda (Brian), Joe Contreras of St. Louis, Michigan, Phillip Contreras (Roxann Contreras) of Houston, Texas, Louis Contreras III of Houston, Texas, Ann Marie Contreras of Houston, Texas and Candence Contreras of Vidor, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
