He is survived by: his mother Kittie Whitehead (Johnson); his children, Landon, Zoey, Chevy, Kenzi, Kayden and Amelia; his sister Andrea Shay Kelley (Wesley); his aunt Sharon Polk (Kerry); his uncles, Michael Johnson, Patrick Johnson (Helen Marie), Glenn (Diaona) and Randy (Terry Kelley); his nephews, Tyler Kelly and Conner Kelly; his niece Nikki Kelly; and the mother of his children Callie Knight.
