He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Marvin Windham and Marjorie Louise Windham (Cooper); his wife Rhonda Gail Windham; his stepdaughter Michelle Jones; his grandson Chance Windham; and his sisters, Martha, LouAnn and Janie.
He is survived by: his children, Buck Windham of North Platte, Nebraska, Nicole Duke (Jimmy) of Dallas, Texas and Ashley Windham of Onalaska, Texas; his siblings, Cathy Van-Sickle (Kirk) and Ray Potter of Missouri; his grandchildren, Katie Hewitt and Jessie Cline; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Cline and Ari Hewitt. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
