It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Jeane Smith of Onalaska, Texas, born in Mulberry, Arkansas, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laster Fisher and Sidney Fisher (Shearer); her husband Neal Smith; and her siblings, Jack Fisher, Bobby Fisher, Gary Fisher and Annette Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Melanie) of Conroe, Bobby Smith (Debbie) of Spring, Texas, Sandy Wehmeyer (Terry) of Trinity, Texas, Tim Smith of Onalaska and Scott Smith (Liz) of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Donnie Gonsoulin, Kara Smith, Derek Wehmeyer, Taylor Wehmeyer, Austin Smith, Reagan Smith and Reese Smith; and her siblings, Gale Fisher (Miriam) of Trinity, Texas and Monna Kay Terry (Tommy) of Onalaska, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
