He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelus Fields and Mary Ruth Fields (Mucier); his granddaughter Summer Fields; and his cousin Todd Zentz. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Fields; his children, Ashley Weese (Aaron), Aaron Fields and Christian Clouse; and his grandchildren, Autumn Weese, Samuel Weese, Coltin Fields, Deliah Graham and Penelope Salada. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
