He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Brawley and Charles Newton Stephens; and his stepmother Francis Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Zoe Neerman (JJ), April Denton (JD), Bonny Stephens, Rebecca Gleason, Rachael Gleason (Ken), Stephanie Peters (Johnnie) and Chas Stephens III; and his grandchildren, Maleah, Luke, Sophia, Brock of Jack, JJ and Hudson.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home (212 Old Groveton Rd, Onalaska, TX 77360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
