He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clinton McNiel and Edith McNiel (Fontenot); and his siblings, Joey McNiel and Lisa White. He is survived by: his children, Charles McNiel Jr., Karen Haley (D. J.) and Clinton McNiel; his grandchildren, Isaac McNiel, Alexandria McNiel, Loraine McNiel and Lisa McNiel; and his siblings, Bonnie Mayberry (Jim), Jake McNiel and Kenneth McNiel. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
