He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Burton Swafford and Thelma Lorraine Stroud Swafford; and his sister Henrietta Swafford. He is survived by: his wife Sue Swafford of Omaha; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Lacey Swafford of Omaha; his daughter Kristie; his son-in-law Steve Hill of Wake Forest; and his grandchildren, Emily Swafford, Will Swafford, Lauren Swafford, Allyson Swafford, Logan Smith, Seth Robertson, Eli Robertson, Andy Hill and Abby Hill. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Concord Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund or the Shriners.
