He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredrick Graham and Donnabelle Pomeroy Stacy; his wife Martha Ann Stacy; his children, Margaret (Eddie Thompson), Karen Beliew and Victor Wayne; and his daughter-in-law Jenny Stacy. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
