He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hicks of Omaha; his daughter Kaylee Hicks; his son-in-law Zack Hollon of Omaha; his son Dale Hicks of Omaha; his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Janet Hicks of Naples, Texas; his sisters, Ramona (Charles Martin), Lea Ann Fondren of Omaha and Tina (Pat Savage); his stepsiblings, Gary Ragsdale of Naples and Jeanette Leyhe of Mesquite; and his grandchildren, Kevin Henderson, Jocie Strube, John Hicks and Holton Hicks. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
