He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Richburg and Ilva Richburg (Miller); his wife Bobbie Ann Richburg; his siblings, Sondra Penn and Kenneth Richburg; and his brother-in-law Ed Browder.
He is survived by: his daughter Dayna DeAnn Emery; his grandchildren, Sarah (Josh Miles) and John Lowell (Johnna Cook); his sister Julia Browder; and his great grandchildren, Kaylynn, Lachlan, Abel Lowell, Saydee, Layton Miles, Luna, Jackson Lowell and William Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
