She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ron Wilburn, Steve Wilburn and Bill Wilburn. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Junior Penney; her stepchildren, Brad Penny (Amanda) of Pittsburg, Texas and Brandi Penny (Lucas); and her siblings, Dennis Wilburn, Dan Wilburn, Tracey Wilburn, Nancy Wilburn and Gloria Wilburn. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
