He is survived by: his brother Johnnie William "Bill" Spencer, Jr. (Pam) of Germantown, Tennessee; his son Russell Spencer of Naples; his stepchildren, Chris Spencer, Jason Spencer, Joe Spencer, Teri Delbosque and Toni Harding (Eddie); and his granddaughter Alexis Spencer. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
