He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eli Williams and Opal Ponder Williams; and his wife Joyce Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (Ronnie Daniel) and Gail (Randy Rountree); his grandchildren, Braeden Rountree (Rachelle) and Brittany Simmons (Brent); and his great grandchildren, Owen Rountree, Beau Rountree, Brinley Simmons and Braelynn Simmons. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Omaha, Texas or to the Omaha, Texas Museum.
