He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood Leon Fields and Birtie Lee Long Fields; his son Jimmy Fields; and his grandson Charles Fields. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fields of Omaha; his daughter Ginger Hill of Somerville, Texas; his sister Ann; his brother-in-law Dennis Duesterhaus of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Silver Hill, Tommy Fields, Cody Hill, Myranda Fields and Paris Fields. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
