It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hattie M. Blanton of Omaha, Texas, born in Grapeland, Texas, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rosie Lee and Herbert Hicks; her husband George Blanton; her children, Deborah (Jonathan) of Altadena, CA and Ronald (Ana Maria) of New Orleans, LA; and her stepson Jackie of Houston.
