She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O'Brien and Marie O'Brien; and her husband William Lee Perkins. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Hubnik (Elise) and Joseph Hubnik; her grandchildren, Christy McClure (Ashley), Mellissa Stagner (Skylar), Jessica McGahee (Michael), Jeremy Hubnik and Jordan Hubnik; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Kendall McClure, Elli, Emery, Lincoln Stagner and Ruby McGahee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
